1 How do I access my hosting control panel?
Sign in to your client area, open Services and select your hosting plan — the control panel button signs you straight in. If you don't see it, send us a message and we'll enable access for you.
2 Where do I find my invoices and pay them?
Client area → Invoices. Open the invoice and choose Pay. Your service is activated as soon as the invoice is paid — we never charge you automatically.
3 How do I connect my domain to my hosting?
Point the domain at our nameservers, or add an A record for your hosting IP in the domain's DNS settings. Not sure? Send us the domain name and we'll walk you through it.
4 Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Open the service in your client area and use the upgrade option, or message us and we'll arrange it for you.
5 Do my services renew automatically?
No. There's no auto-renew and we don't store card details. We'll raise an invoice before your service is due, and it renews the moment you pay it.
6 How do I keep my account secure?
Change your password and turn on two-factor authentication any time under Client area → Account → Security.
