Installing WordPress

  1. Open Services → your hosting service → Login Control Panel.
  2. Open the one-click installer (sometimes called Applications).
  3. Choose WordPress, pick the domain, and set the site title and admin account.
  4. Install — it takes about a minute.

You'll get the site URL, the admin URL and the admin login. Keep those credentials safe.

Prefer to do it by hand? Upload the WordPress files over SFTP, create a database in the control panel, and run the installer in your browser.
