Backups and restores

We take daily offsite backups of your hosting, included on every plan.

To restore:

1. Open Services → your hosting service → Login Control Panel.
2. Open Backups and pick the date you want.
3. Restore the whole site, or download the archive to recover individual files.

Backups are kept on a rolling window — if you need a copy from further back, open a ticket and we'll see what we can retrieve.
